In recent years, Equity Preference has become a hot topic in Behavioral Economics and Incentives Theory research. A large number of studies have shown that, Equity Preference is not only common exist in society, but also has widespread effect to reality economic behavior as same as Selfishness Preference. This dissertation choose the special group of managers as the research object, analyze specific factors that affect Equity Preference strength of the group, construct factors evaluation table for managers'Equity Preference identification, provide scientific theories and evidence support that guide shareholders arrangement optimal compensation contract for managers in today's China.According to literature study, survey, interviews, the dissertation sorts out personal and environmental factors that affect managers'Equity Preference. Mainly divided into two aspects which include individual characteristics and social environment. Reference Sabrina (2009) dictatorship game and the ultimatum game experiment, measure the managers'Sympathy and Jealousy Preference level. Analyze various factors that affect managers'Equity Preference. Construct evaluation table for different factor characters and managers'Equity Preference.In this paper, the main results are as follows:(1) According to statistics analysis of survey questionaires and experiment test, the dissertation concludes that managers'Equity Preference differ in gender, age, educational background, marital status, major, working industry, department and wage. Family atmosphere and local urban economic environment relate to managers'Equity Preference.(2) Age, wage level and family environment have positive effect to managers'Sympathy Preference. Education background and urban economic environment have negative effect to managers'Sympathy Preference. Education background has positive effect to managers' Jealousy Preference. Age and wage level have negative effect to managers'Jealousy Preference.(3)Respectively, the dissertation constructs two tables with different factor characters and Equity Preference degree for managers'Sympathy and Jealousy Preference, provide practical guidance for shareholders correctly identifying the manager's Equity Preference strength, draft reasonable compensation contract.
