The role of salary cannot be ignored in the operation of enterprises.Relevant studies have confirmed that salary has a significant impact on the improvement of enterprise performance and the work level of employees,and is an effective means for enterprises to motivate employees.As a matter of fact,many decision-making contents in enterprise compensation do not satisfy employees' preference,which may affect the motivation of employees and the sustainable development of enterprise performance.Relevant theories explain that preference difference is caused by the deviation between perceived salary and actual salary caused by psychological cognition.In the existing studies,there is little discussion on the analysis of the characteristics of the salary preference of enterprises and employees and the comparison between them.Based on the previous studies and the understanding of theories related to preferences,corporate compensation influencing factors and employee compensation influencing factors,it is found that enterprises and employees have different characteristics in terms of salary preference,which is the direction of this paper.The starting point of this paper is to help enterprises coordinate the relationship between employee compensation preference and enterprise compensation preference,so as to achieve a win-win situation for both enterprises and employees.The research content of this paper is the characteristics of the salary preference of enterprises and employees.The empirical research is conducted by selecting research samples and using mature scales.The research in this paper is divided into two parts.The first part is the salary preference survey of the general manager of the enterprise to understand the factors that the enterprise considers in the salary formulation process and the system,level and form of the salary preference.The second part is the salary preference survey of employees,to understand employees' understanding of relevant factors affecting salary,and what kind of system,level and form of preference are.Eliminate invalid data into scale,after get the data,use charts and statistics software to collect data statistics,this paper mainly using frequency analysis,image analysis,the percentage of each group of experiment data statistics and comparative analysis,clustering analysis and statistical analysis using the empirical analysis,to get reliable conclusion,namely,enterprises and employees in the form of compensation,level,in the form of preference characteristics are different,and different degree of preference.In this study,the enterprise and employees in the overall compensation system preferences vary,enterprises prefer the high yield high returns compensation system,and the employee preference foundation stability of pay system,employees cannot fully understand the enterprise's salary system can only meet the demand of part or is difficult to meet the preferences of employees,both difficult to reconcile the contradictions.Research conclusion: according to the enterprise and employees' pay the comparison of difference preference characteristics,provide a reference for enterprises to better understand staff demand,and put forward feasible advice,according to the theory of demand preference,employees and the organization matching theory,preference utility theory,the comprehensive research conclusion,suggest that enterprise should build scientific and reasonable compensation assessment system,to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture and improve the compensation management system,and help to solve the problems of the enterprise and the employees about pay,better incentive efficiency.The research innovation of this paper includes the following two points: first,the research perspective is novel.According to breakthrough the limitations of the existing study a single subject,measuring the angles of enterprise and the staff from the perspective of preference this characteristic,the statistics of the enterprise(staff)to forms of compensation,compensation level,compensation structure like degree,broadened the research train of thought,in the field of compensation for compensation preference in the field of research to provide a different perspective,further enrich the research of the existing compensation preference.Second,enrich the research content in the field of salary preference.Starting from the concept of two-way matching between employees and enterprises,this paper summarizes the characteristics of compensation preference of enterprises and employees respectively,and compares their characteristics,which to some extent complements the research content in the field of compensation preference.
