Study On The Utilizing Of Private Capital In GuanZhong-TianShui Economic Zone

The development of regional economy requires a lot of capital investment to drive. Analyzing from the effects of investment different investors brought, the government investment has absolute advantage in a strong financial background, and has good guidance for all the social investment. However, private capital should play a major role when taking long-term effects and the range can be driven into consideration. Since reform and opening-up, China's private economy has got rapid development, especially in the eastern coastal areas. From the earliest policy inclination to the later their own capital accumulation and growth, private economy has become a major force in regional economic development. In sharp contrast, the state economy in the western region still holds the dominant position. The great potential and insufficient vitality of the private economy has become a pair of contradictions. Breaking the dominance of the state economy as while as giving full play to the amazing potential and enhancing the vitality of the private economy, these will be sure to push western economy to a new peak.Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone in the underdeveloped western regions has a strategic position in the western development strategy. This paper taking the establishment of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone as an opportunity to study the issues related to the use of private capital. Firstly, this paper briefly combed the existing research results about private capital from 4 aspects as following:the area of investment, the relationship with economy, the superiority and the influencing factors, funding model, then analyzed the deficiency of the existing research so as to make it necessary theoretically. Whereafter, through analyzing the current situation, superiority and the opportunity of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone to study further on the status of the private capital qualitatively and quantitatively, and What's more, analyzed the potential of the private capital in Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone by the empirical research method combined with the related theory of linear regression. It can be concluded, therefore, that the private capital in Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone has sufficient potential now with a trend of sustained growth in future, which provided supporting data to the startup and utilization of private capital. Finally, some suggestions for private capital were put forward as following:establishing perfect operation system, strengthen the diversification of utilizing patterns, seeking new directions for investment.
