The Research Of Rural Investment In The Process Of Urbanization In Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone

The process of the urbanization is accelerating in China in recent years, while the rural labor force swarm into large cities. It promotes the city’s economic development and improves farmers’ income. However, with the further accelerated urbanization, it appears all sorts of problems. Especially the outflow of high quality rural labor inhibits the development of agriculture, plus our country agriculture itself industrialization level is low, agricultural expecting return rate is low, resulting in low investment, the agricultural capital shortage will restrict the development of rural economy, forming a vicious circle. Therefore, solving the problem of rural development is the key to expand the rural investment, break a vicious circle. Guanzhong- Tianshui Economic Zone is located in the west, its scope belongs to agricultural areas. The rural economy to the sustainable development of the whole development played an important role, so the way to enlarge the investment is of great significance.This paper applies literature analysis, combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis as research methods. First of all, from the whole macro economic environment, advantages and disadvantages of three aspects analyzes the Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone of the rural investment environment; Secondly, mainly from the aspects of quantity, the use of statistical yearbook data and research on the present situation and problems of rural investment, and analyses the using ARIMA model of rural investment trend forecast; Finally, mainly from the quality analysis, using statistical yearbook data, using the stochastic frontier model analysis of rural urbanization investment efficiency and the influence of the regional efficiency value analysis.It predicts that the overall rural investment will increase, but still show shortage; rural investment and urban investment gap and the gap between the regions will be increasing. It is concluded that the urbanization of rural investment efficiency in general play a role in promoting, but its industrialization brought to the rural investment efficiency have inhibition conclusion, and the investment efficiency are analyzed. At last, it puts forward the need to increase rural investment, optimizes the investment environment and investment structure and so on.
