The Research On The Normalization Of China's Rural Non-formal Finance

In recent years, with the development of the rural economy,farmers and medium-sized enterprise on the rural financial needs more financial activities, but the existing situation is that Banks and other regular financial provides less services , the credit function is becoming weaker. And rural economic growth of uniqueness and the increasing of folk wealth create a new investment demand. Rural of non-formal finance is convenient and the aprocedure is simple which can satisfy with the demand of the farmers and medium-sized enterprises . Meanwhile, the absence of rural borrowers have also increased the dependence of non-formal finance, which makes the original existing various forms folk financing rapid development. But by state policy, the influence of various factors such as the development of non-formal finance in rural areas is relatively backward, the non-formal finance is still in germination stage, its inner defects holds enormous risk whichi need to be pushed and normalized.To change our dual economic structure ,we must depend on the financing of non-formal finance fully, therefore the development of standardization of non-formal finance discussion has the important practical significance. Standardization of non-formal finance rural development can not only solved the problem of rural capital shortage but also reduce local financial risks. Providing better financial support needs the the formal finance and non-formal finance develp together.This paper based on the writing of rural reality of non-formal finance ,I analyzed the reason about the emergence and development of non-formal finance by using economics theoretical knowledge. At the same time,I get the lessons from several ,based on this fact I proposed six measures on the development of non-formal finance. This research method based on qualitative analysis .To clear the cause of non-regular finance aspects existing system root in-depth qualitative ,I used the statistical data of quantitative to enhance the reliability of qualitative analysis results.
