Construction industry is the pillar industry of national economy, plays a fundamental leading role to economic development. With China's accession to the WTO, The international market made a great impact in the original protected domestic construction market, the advanced management methods and technology level of the international construction enterprises has brought great pressure to China's traditional architecture enterprise. In this enterprises'management gives the least value for cost management at past, however, in the new market environment for survival and development, enterprises must pay close attention to technology and management in line with the international advanced level, In particular, the level of cost control is the key to the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper studied the construction project's cost control of twenty of three corp., analyzed it's states and problems of construction project cost control, proposed the establishment of cost management responsibility system as premise, using of earned value management as the control methods, to reach the object of control costs.This paper's introduction described the research background and significance, generalized the content of the paper; the second part described the constitution of construction project's cost and the general theories of project cost control, including cost control procedures, methods, measures, etc; the third section described the reality of the corporation's project cost control and analyzed it's problem; The fourth part improved the corporation's cost control mode in the management, incentive and control mechanisms; The fifth part made use of the new 1 mode to control the dongxin high-speed project, during the constructing process, applying the earned value theory, demonstrated the specific steps and methods of cost control, expected to provide reference for project cost control for construction enterprises to improve the level of control.
