According to the investigation conducted by American Greenleaf Center founded that there are an increasing interest toward the concept of servant leadership in both industry sector and academic sector. In 1970, Robert K. Greenleaf defined the idea of servant leadership,The main idea of this kind of leadership is to serving others' needs. In China, some scholars have already discussed influence of servant leadership on employees. However, the influence study of it on organization promise is not active.The paper firstly introduces the idea of organizational trust, organizational commitment, work performance, etc. Then, the paper will summary servant theories internationally and will conduct a study on "Servant Leadership and Organizational Commitment, Work Performance Relation Cases-An Intra Organizatioal Study". The study will include questionnaires from 280 employees and management persons of Korean companies at Qingdao and Ningbo. Later, the relevant and efficient analysis on the statistics is presented. The regression analysis will be conducted. The paper have found the conclusions regardings the studied topics as following:(1) Positive relationship between servant leadership and organizational commitment(2) Positive relationship between organizational commitment and work performance(3) Adjusting functions of organizational trust on servant leadership and organizational commitment(4)Mediating functions of organizational commitment on servant leadership and work performance...
