Under The New Environment Of The Development Of China's Service Outsourcing

Since its birth in the 1980s and the next 30 years afterwards, Service Outsourcing Industry has gained dramatically development and is becoming an important industrial type at the present day. From the angle of outsourcing undertaking country, this thesis mainly research on outsourcing's impact on China's economy and through recent research on the development of China's outsourcing industry, we find that outsourcing's contribution to China's GDP is increasing and having profound impact on China's employment, economic restructuring and many other economic factors. This thesis holds the point that as an industry outsourcing can be China's new economic growth point. And with the arrival of post—crisis era, to find a new and strong economic growth point has becoming an important research topic in China recently.The first chapter of this thesis is introduction. The second chapter is the concept of outsourcing and its content is the research scope of this thesis. The third chapter is the theoretical explanation of outsourcing and several outsourcing theories have been elaborated. Chapter four is the analysis of outsourcing's economic impact, in which outsourcing's economic impact on outsourcing employer country and undertaking country has been analyzed and its impact on global economy as well; also outsourcing's impact on China's economy is the key point of this chapter. Chapter five focuses on outsourcing's current global development situation and its development outlook, and makes the conclusion that in the future outsourcing will hold an important position in global economy. Chapter six is the current situation of China's outsourcing, and from the analysis of three outsourcing(ITO,BPO,KPO),China's current outsourcing situation has been analyzed; also in this chapter through the contrast of China and India's outsourcing development and current situation and with the help of SWOT model, China outsourcing's advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges have been found and China's relevant policies on outsourcing have also been elaborated. Chapter eight is the analysis of Beijing's outsourcing policies and some policy recommendations.
