Service outsourcing is the product of the rapid development of information technology and the continuous refinement of social division of labor integration.As a new business model,has low resource consumption,less environmental pollution and higher value-added features.Many countries in the world especially in the developing countries have introduced favorable policies and measures to the development of service outsourcing industry.Chinese as the world's second largest economy,is also active in the development of service outsourcing industry,global market the challenges and opportunities in the global market.Suzhou as China's service outsourcing industry demonstration city,Suzhou Industrial Park,as the most economic vitality of Suzhou,pay more attention to the development of service outsourcing industryThis paper starts from the basic concepts and theories of service outsourcing of Suzhou Industrial Park,the development of service outsourcing industry as the research object,firstly,through analyzing the present situation of Suzhou Industrial Park,the development of service outsourcing industry in this paper.The development of service outsourcing industry in Suzhou Industrial Park,SWOT analysis,found that the development of service outsourcing in Suzhou industrial park with their advantages and from the weaknesses,and the opportunities and threats.Finally,this paper based on the analysis above,from the government level,enterprise level,personnel in Suzhou Industrial Park,put forward reasonable suggestions to develop service outsourcing industry.This study will be of service outsourcing development in Suzhou Industrial Park,expand the use of foreign capital,optimize the industrial structure,leapfrog development will have a positive guiding role to accelerate economic and social at the same time,the conclusion of this paper can be promoted to other area service outsourcing work has certain reference significance.
