Cooperative Operation Of China Telecom Development Strategy

With all business operations of China Telecom deepening, increasing integration of business and network development, market competition is more intense complex. Collaborative work environment to effectively solve the three time maintaining production operations, efficiency, cost and management issues, through a series of production processes, integration of software and hardware resources, China Telecom NOC to the overall operation and maintenance and management can be improved is to adapt to a world-class operation and maintenance of telecommunications and IT technology trends. Network architecture and the use of advanced IT technology concepts, integration of computer hardware and software resources of telecommunications business, production, office, and process and work together as one mode of operation and maintenance is the main content of this research.The research started from two dimensions:the first dimension is the horizontal dimension, the integration of the existing operation and maintenance of China Telecom e-business processes, collaborative work environment, business and production process integration, that with the advances in technology and changes in Telecom's business development; second dimension is the vertical dimension, which is the integration of existing collaborative computing technology and advanced computer technology to efficient and safe production process for business and services. Based on the study in two dimensions, to find the best balance is one of the outcomes of this research project.The main idea of this paper is to first understand the existing NOC operations, identify bottlenecks, analyze the growth of business with China Telecom on the NOC's new challenges. Then combined with collaborative computing technology and cloud computing technologies, more specific business and the NOC of the operation and maintenance of the NOC Group's operation and maintenance of the three operating systems, to find an efficient operation and maintenance of collaborative working platform and technical architecture.For telecom operators, operation and maintenance is a collaborative use of advanced computer and network technology to existing business and operation and maintenance and production of organic integration of office scene, in order to achieve efficient operation and maintenance and work environment, increasing productivity and service quality, while reducing the cost of a working model.In this paper, the international telecommunications industry, key trends, combined with operation and maintenance of cooperative China Telecom, China Telecom, a key element of co operation and maintenance analysis, operation and maintenance of China's telecom development of collaborative strategies.
