The financing problem affected the development of small and medium-sized enterprises seriously,Which reason is the defective chinese financial system and the loss of small and medium sized financial. This article base on the influnence about 08 financial crisis to SME and the vital function of SME in the development of Chinese economic. The author have read the literature of enterprise financing theory, financing relevant policies, legal documents, expert books, newspapers and magazines, excellent Ph.D. Thesis comprehensively . At the same time, many data have been collected. At present, we have basically mastered Financing Problems For Chinese SME.That's to say we have mastered how much funding gap does the SME have, whether we can alleviate the problem through develop new financing ways, if there is disorderly investment phenomenon in the operation of the SMEs etc, and analyzes the existing problems.Financing Problems For Chinese SME is not only a long-term problems but also a pressing problem which can affect the development of SME in China. Regarding this as the starting point,we have analyzed the reason of financing difficulty for Chinese SME. I think we should solve the problems from three aspects,such as financial supply, the enterprise itself and the system construction. Multi-pronged approach have been used.We must deal with the financial pressures after the financial crisis of small and medium-sized enterprises, and further analyzes research to improve the financing system of Chinese SME, we expect the conclusion.
