Research On Finance Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises In Beijing

Since the Reform and Opening of China, rapid development of, the small and medium enterprises have developed rapidly, and become an important power of economic construction, making great contribution to economic growth of our country, which has played an increasingly important role in keeping the market prosperity, Expanding employment and increasing tax revenue. But in recent years, because the rising price of raw material, increasing of labor costs, tightening of banks credit and other reasons, SMEs face many difficulties. Among them, the financing difficulties become major problems which plagued the development of SMEs. In recent years our government attaches great importance to the development of SMEs, have launched the "SME Promotion Law" and other policies and regulations, to increase policy support of the SMEs, and promote rapid and healthy development of SMEs. Beijing has also introduced to "Policies and Recommendations of Encouraging and Promoting for SMEs Development", and take tax incentives, policy subsidies, financial support and other of financial support measures, in order to provide policy support and financial security for SMEs'development.This paper discusses the status and problems of financing for SMEs in Beijing. Although Beijing SMEs obtained some achievements, there were Direct financing, Indirect financing and Internal Financing problems and other issues. And exploring the reasons and pointing out that the limitations and constraints of external environment and SMEs own are the main reason leading to their financing difficulties. At the same time it describes several models for SMEs financing. Finally put forward to promote financing SMEs policy Suggestions from the aspects of the government, SMEs, guarantee agencies and financing environment.
