Yunnan Province, The Adjustment Of Industrial Structure And Quality Of Economic Growth

In 2009, the Central Economic Work Conference proposed to increase the economic structural adjustment, improve the quality and efficiency of economic development.At present, what more important in our country economy is not the overheating economy but the growth of low quality. The key to China's economic development is how to improve the quality of economic growth, but literatures about this problem of qualitative analysis and quantitative researching are rare, therefore, how to evaluate a country or region's economic growth quality was still the current economic circle. The key to evaluate a regional economic growth is not the growth speed, but that the quality of economic growth in quality, whether the growth improve the standard of living of the broad masses get all-round enhancement, whether this region creations a harmonious social environment and natural environment.Based on the above, First of all, the knowledge of econometrics and regional economic cluster analysis are applied to the study of this paper, and it realize the interdisciplinary knowledge and application of the cross, so it is a better grasp of the industrial structure and the relationship between quality of economic growth. This is the first innovation of this paper.Secondly, this paper establish a comprehensive index system entropy method which is applied to the quality of Yunnan Province's economic growth, so as to establish a measure of regional economic growth quality indicator system to enable economic development of Yunnan Province and the adjustment of industrial structure Reference value, and it has reference on improving the quality of economic growth in other parts have reference. This is the second innovation.Again, the paper changes the method of the traditional industrial structure in Yunnan province. It accords to the model's conclusions, comprehensives theoretical analysis, and make the proper idea of industrial restructuring in Yunnan Province. Basis on this, the causal relationship between economy's quality and the industrial structure is more clarity. And this is the paper's third innovation.Finally, the paper draws conclusions for the followings. Economics growth, environmental pollution problems, changes in rates of economic growth and structural adjustment of the three major industries are the main issues of Yunnan economic growth in recent years. The development of secondary industry has the greatest contribution to the quality of economic growth of Yunnan Province, followed by the primary industry, and the tertiary industry's contribution to the quality of economic growth of Yunnan is the lower rate. Therefore, to sustain high economic growth and stable quality Yunnan economy must vigorously develop the tertiary industry, while transforming traditional agricultural structures and production, reforming the traditional industrial forms of production organization and production structure, changing the mode of economic growth and use of new technologies to enhance industrial production, promoting the optimization and upgrading industrial structure to improve the first and secondary industries'allocation of resources and the efficiency of economic growth's quality.
