International Comparison Of China 's Economic Growth Quality

As the problems of world’s environmental deteriorating, more and more people realize that economic growth is not enough to only focus on productivity and material wealth, and we should be attach importance to the prospects for economic growth, and ultimately provide people with the aftermath of the real benefits. The China economic extensive growth in the past had brought economic high GDP and investment, low consumption and employment, and many other problems, hindering economic efficiency and sustainable development. Changing the mode of economic growth, we need to speed up economic restructuring and industrial upgrading, and will stop from speed to the quality of economic growth. In the future, we must to push to improve the quality of growth, accelerating the China’s economic growth transformation from the quantitative to the quality.In 2012, the GDP of China has reached 52 trillion yuan, according to the exchange rate at the end of 2012, almost $8.3 trillion, ranked second all of world. Third of Japanese ranks down because of the influence of the Chinese boycotting Japanese goods. The total economic output and exchange rate in the name keep decline together, and its GDP went down to 5.3 trillion dollars in 2002, that is less than China for $3 trillion. Although the number of China’s economic growth has reached the world’s forefront, but the quality of economic growth is not very satisfactory. Therefore, this investigation based on panel data comparing with 19 countries in the world, analyzing the disparity and deficiency with these countries in terms of quality of economic growth, in order to get the path and suggestions that how to promote the development of China’s economic growth in the direction of high qualityThe Argument of this paper is divided into six levels:first, the connotation of the quality of economic growth build the international index system of comparison of the quality of the economic growth; Second, according to the index system of 19 countries in 1995-2010 data, constructing this six dimensionality that involve such as efficiency of economic growth, structure of economic growth, welfare changes and distribution, resource utilization and ecological environmental cost, and the national economic good caliber, researching the various and the gap above them. Third, measures of economic growth quality index of international comparison use the method of entropy respectively countries the quality of economic growth, in the 1995,2000,2005 and 2010. Afterwards, comparing of the differences between China and other countries. Fourth, ranking the quality of economic growth in 2010 analysis every country that the relationship between the quantity and quality. Fifth, from the perspective of international comparison, analyze the restriction factor of improving economic growth quality and the development of our country. Finally, through summarizing the various countries economic growth quality, provide the policy suggestions to high quality of economic growth in China.
