| Currently, the subcontract of manufacturing parts of civilian aircraft are very popular in the international market. But it is different from the traditional, mainly in the level of hardware device, capacity of technology and price of contract. Under this circumstance, Chinese companies should make the appropriate technological transformation of production line if their want to join the competition of subcontract. However, Only based on a scientific feasibility analysis which has showed reasonable and accurate result, then we can properly estimate the investment and return of project. Developing a specific implementation plan of project could to reduce the risk also improve income of business investment at the same time.In this thesis, the feasibility study and analysis are focus on aviation parts and components for the Y enterprise's technological transformation on its subcontract production line. At first it introduces the technology of aviation subcontracting project feasibility study of the thesis background, research methodology and significance of the research situation in China and abroad. Second it introduces the relative fundamentals of feasibility study on aviation subcontract. Here including basic theory, project-based and profile of companies also related to the content and methodology in this research. After that, combined a case study of internal technology transformation on subcontract occurred in the company which author worked with. With these cases, this thesis implemented the feasibility study and analysis on whole subcontract system, find out the problems which usually happened in processes and provide solutions for these issues. Finally, summarize the final results of this research and prospect the application in the future.Finally, summarize the results of the study, proof the feasibility of the project, a deeper analysis of the project the consequences of blind decision-making and deviation, to identify and remedy to improve the methods and measures. |
