Feasibility Study On Energy Saving And Emission Reduction Technical Transformation Project Of XB Paper Group

Resources and environment has become an important factor restricting economic and social development.Facing the pressure of resources and environment in our country,the government has put forward the economic development strategy of saving,environment friendly and sustainable development.Obviously,the enterprise energy conservation and emission reduction technology is to achieve win-win development strategy of the micro foothold.However,although domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research on the motivation,effect and influencing factors of energy conservation and emission reduction technology,there is little literature concerned about the energy saving and emission reduction of paper making enterprises.The traditional technology of papermaking enterprises is an important reason to cause the waste of resources and environmental pollution,and the large number of paper-making enterprises in energy saving and emission reduction technology in the key period of the project,the urgent need to guide the theory and feasibility analysis in practice.Based on the practical needs,this paper takes Shanxi XB group limited liability company Living paper pulping system of energy-saving emission reduction project as an example,the system scheme and feasibility evaluation in-depth discussion of technology innovation of energy saving and emission reduction of papermaking enterprises.The main research contents include: the first chapter,from the perspective of China's increasingly prominent problems of resources and environment of paper-making enterprises sustainable development,further study on the problems of energy saving technological transformation of paper enterprises leads to the theoretical and practical significance.The second chapter introduces the basic situation of supply and demand status of Shaanxi XB group limited liability company and its product market,points out the specific reasons,the enterprise transformation project pulping system energy saving transformation project of the purpose and scope of reform.The third chapter describes the process flow and technical scheme of energy saving technological transformation project from the preparation section,cooking section,washing section,bleaching system,and technical analysis of organization and implementation of system protection in the process of implementation of labor conditions.The fourth chapter,the feasibilityevaluation of energy saving technological transformation project after the implementation of the analysis,in-depth analysis of the implementation of emission reduction and energy saving technological transformation of the basic scheme of the project from three aspects of energy consumption,environmental impact feasibility and feasibility of financial feasibility.In the fifth chapter,the author summarizes the main conclusions of the research on energy saving and emission reduction technology transformation project,and gives the concrete suggestions for the smooth implementation of the project.This study further enriches the related literature about the enterprise energy-saving emission reduction technology in the field of transformation,and for China's enterprises especially energy-saving technological transformation and emission reduction practice of paper-making enterprises provides a theoretical basis and direct solutions and suggestion,the research conclusion has implications for resolving the problems of resources and environment in china.
