New countryside Construction gradually solve issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers, narrowing the urban-rural gap, effective way to break the dual structure,according to the general requirements of production development, Living off ,Rural Civilization , Neat appearance, democratic management to make the peasants and urban residents equally access to economic development and social development outcomes, thus building a moderately prosperous society and a harmonious society. And solve the employment problem of farmers is the key to building a harmonious society in China. For this article I read a lot of data and information, by using empirical analysis, document analysis, and socio-economic analysis and other related methods in developed areas and less developed regions to integrate the employment situation of farmers in business the grim situation of employment for farmers to conduct a more comprehensive analysis. On the basis of large quantities of surplus labor from agriculture, non-agricultural industries limited capacity to absorb surplus labor, a closed urban-rural dual economic structure to a typical household registration system, the system barriers, low quality of workers, labor market immaturity, transfer - employment which was subject to information constraints, the author analyzed the factors restricting the employment of peasants. From the four aspects which are the creation of more employment opportunities, revolving around the market to strengthen vocational training of farmers, promoting adjustment of industrial structure, encouraging non-public economy and SME development, a sound social security system of farmers the article analyzed the detailed policy and the employment of rural measures so that farmers can really enjoy equality of the socialist modernization and urbanization results.
