Research On Agricultural Information Evaluation And Development Stragegy

China's agriculture is the relatively backward part of China's national economy, now n is in the transitional period from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. Information technology is the inevitable trend of agricultural development, in the face of the global economic situation and development trend of China's agriculture, how to speed up agricultural information development and use of modern information technology to cope with international competition, for the industrialization of agriculture to provide effective information to support and promote the comprehensive development of agricultural modernization is an urgent task facing China. Therefore, based on the theories and methods of related disciplines, combined with existing research results, this thesis analyzes on domestic and international agricultural development process, makes quantitative assessment of the level of development of agricultural information and develop trends, nails down the current agricultural information development achievements and major problems, at the same time, combines with external factors to do regression analysis about the level of development of agricultural information, identifies the development of agricultural information and the drivers of constraints. On this basis, this thesis makes the structure of the development strategy of agricultural information, summarizes the overall objective of the agricultural information, selects the specific development strategy and the effectively promoting model of agricultural information, extracts the development of priority areas from agricultural information, and gives the implementation security measures of the development strategy of agricultural information, so as to provide the theory reference and evidence for agricultural information development.In the course of the study, the mainly conclusions of this thesis are:(1) The value of China agriculture comprehensive evaluation was 0.06 in 1996, and has risen to 0.86 in 2007, achieved "excellent" status, the achievements can be summarized as: agricultural information has attracted the attention of all levels of government; agricultural information infrastructure begun to take shape; agricultural information service system has gradual improvement. But mainly problems are:the weak grass-roots work of agricultural information; poor availability of agricultural information technology; low level standardization of agricultural information; agricultural information industry lags behind. (2) From the agricultural information demand and supply sides, makes judge on the degree and direction of the agricultural information which each influencing factor effected, finds out the main driving factors of agricultural information development are:the quality of farmers, agriculture information technology level, organization and management of agricultural information and government regulation and control capabilities. Mainly constraints are farmers' income, the degree of farmer organizations, agricultural industrialization and agricultural information technology costs. (3) Uses the SWOT matrix, determines the next stage of development of agricultural information in China should be choosing the type W-O reverse strategy and making further reform on the financing mode of agricultural information,construction mode of agricultural information and management mode of agricultural information. The focus areas of work should be: fundamental research of agricultural information, development and application of agricultural information resources and technology, grass-roots building of agricultural information and overall development of agricultural information industry.
