With the economic globalization,more and more retail enterprises enter China,making domestic large-scale supermarket chains face more international competition,wal-mart,Jusco,MAKRO and others have set up stores in different forms of retail trade in large and medium-sized cities in China,coupled with the changes in the internal and external environment of domestic retail enterprises,the survival and development of these enterprises put forward a severe test,but at the same time,we also see that this for large supermarket chains to create a rare historic opportunity.The large-scale supermarket chain enterprises in our country are in a critical period of development from the initial stage of germination to the present widespread bloom.Therefore,the study on the Enterprise Strategy of the large-scale supermarket chain is an urgent and feasible thing,it is of far-reaching significance to make an effective and fruitful strategy for the development of enterprises.This paper will use the existing enterprise strategic management theory as the basis,Gansu Baijia Trade Co.,Ltd.as the main body of research,on the development strategy of large-scale supermarket chain in detail.Through questionnaire survey and strategic management tools,this paper analyzes and evaluates Gansu Baijia Trade Co.,Ltd.,and draws a conclusion that the company has internal advantages,disadvantages,external opportunities,threats and other factors in its development,identify the key factors affecting the development of the company,and the company's strategic objectives and implementation of the risks,at the same time,the implementation of the strategy to ensure that the company's strategy strong and effective implementation.In this paper,IFE,SWOT,CPM,AHP and other strategic research methods and tools to carry out specific research,and strive to analyze the results are targeted,effective and implementable.
