The Study Of DS Company's Performance Evaluation Based On Balanced Score Card

Because of fierce market competition,The enterprise have to raise the level of management, build a scientific and rational enterprise performance evaluation system and improve competitiveness.Only in this way, They will be succeed. Balanced Score Card is a new management tools.it includings four factors:the financial management,the customer,the Internal business process. BSC combines the financial index and the non-financial index.It is a comprehensive and efficient system for the managers.First, this paper explains the knowledge about BSC. Second, It analyzes the existing problem of present performance evaluation of DS. With the current situation of management appraise, we build the enterprise's achievement appraisal of the BSC.Finally, we put it into practice, analyze DS company performance,and put forward a lot of safeguard measures.It has great significance to achieve the goals of Strategic management and Evaluating performance of DS. But it is a long process for us. We must change it as time goes by.
