Many projects were blindly started and which presents large risk in the implementation process.Feasibility research is to evaluate the project and its major objective is to make the decision programmed and scientific, and ensure decision more reliable. Through the in-depth feasibility research of project investment with specific cases, we are trying to establish a set of more comprehensive and perfect real estate feasibility analysis flow and hope to provide scientific basis for decision-making of real estate enterprises.
