The informationization planning plays an important role in the enterprise's informatization. An objective and reasonable informationization planning not only contributes to definite the orientation and the goal of the informationization and draw the informationization blueprint based on the enterprise's actual situation and the development strategies but also standardizes the enterprise's internal management and improves the enterprise's response ability to external markets taking informationization as breakthrough point.In this thesis, the detailed analyses of collecting, analyzing, designing and establishing of informationization strategies are carried out taking the information strategy of the Chengdu Holy Technology Company as background. The first step of informationization construction is developing informationization planning based on the overall strategy. During the developing process of informationization planning, first, the related methodology of developing informationization planning is defined according to the unique features of information technology; second, the present situation and the expectation of the enterprise's informationization construction are determined by using the questionnaire and the field research; third, the overall developing strategies are analyzed, the informationization requirements of the enterprise's developing strategies and the differences between the actual management situation and the requirement are carded, and the basic contents of informationization construction are explicated:finally, the informationization planning of Chengdu Holy Technology Company has been formulated based on the current situation of informationization, with a view of the long term planning of the enterprise and applying the reasonable methods.
