Research Of Denitration Price In Coal-fired Plant Based On The Operation Period Price And Measures Suggestions

Our country is in the new round of high-speed development phase, environment and resources pressures are very large, so we must in accordance with the requirement of the scientific development concept, think to humanism, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development. Especially the electric power industry is a source of energy conversion departments and pollution emitters. China's issued a series of the thermal emission reduction policy currently, but the regulations and standards are just reflect the power of the environmental protection department Under our current power system and environmental protection policy, it has important significance to implement incentive compensation of denitration price to coal-fired power plant to operate denitration equipments, how to make the reasonable denitration price is the key of the environmental policy.This article based on the requirement of denitration cost compensation of coal-fired plant,on the basis of the mark-up policy of desulfurization electricity, this paper proposed that using operation period price method to measure denitration price. Finally, taking Taicang 2×600 MW units flue gas denitration project in Guohua Power Co., LTD as the case to construct the denitration pricing model is validated. On this basis, chose denitration annual operation cost and denitration unit costs as indexes affect the cost of coal-fired power plants denitration factors of economic analysis.Secondly the implementation of the denitration electrovalence compensation policy shall be supplemented by improvement and favorable economic incentives such as aspects of sewage and loan, thus the investment insufficient of pollution treatment project of power plant will be solved fundamentally. The conclusion of denitration price policy of this paper has practical reference significance in formulation and incentive thermal conducting denitration project for our country.
