Technical And Economic Analysis And Comprehensive Assessment Of 500KV Electric Transimission And Transformation Project In North Wuhai

The technical and economic analysis is the most important content of the project's preliminary work, and it provides scientific basis to determine whether the project is feasible or choice the best implementation plan of project, and provide scientific reference to project construction. The technical and economic analysis helps strengthen the project decision-making more scientific, and can avoid haphazard investment of project and improve the investment income of project.The main purpose of this article is that making use of project management theory, using qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis method to study the feasibility issues of construction project of north Wuhai 500kV electric transimission and transformation. On the analysis of the domestic and foreign research literature review, this paper expounds basic theory of projects and the project feasibility study,and combining with this construction porject's concrete situation that project summary, main design principles, system profile and energy conservation and environmental protection and so on, firstly analyze the project's economic feasibility, and the results show that from the different perspective of project cost, profitability and debt repayments, the economic indicators all meet industry average standard, so the project is feasible in economy. Considering the limitations of pure economic evaluation, this paper further conducted a comprehensive evaluation of north Wuhai 500kV electric transimission and transformation project. on the basis of introducing Analytic hierarchy process and the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to north Wuhai 500kV electric transimission and transformation project,building the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation model of north Wuhai 500kV electric transimission and transformation project, and conducting comprehensive evaluation to the project by combining the project specific conditions, and the results show that the project is feasible in technology and economy. This article provides scientific basis for the implementation of north wuhai 500kV electric transimission and transformation project, showing that the project is feasible in technology and economy. Thus ,it provides a scientific reference to improving MengXi grid power supply, quality and reliability, driving the local economic development and promoting the western development.
