| At present, Wind power generation is the most mature electricity generation method of new energy development technology, which has the prospects for large-scale development and commercialization. It can improve energy structure of local power system to achieve a diversified supply of electricity, and also improve the proportion of renewable energy in power grid, optimizing the power structure, which is conducive to social and economic sustainable development. Whether the wind farm projects can be fully analyzed on technical and economic aspects has a direct impact on efficiency of wind farm operation, affecting the ability to save money, improve power quality, optimize the allocation of power resources and the promotion of regional development. Based on technical and economic analysis about Guangling wind farm project, methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation combining static analysis and dynamic analysis are mainly used in this paper. Related analysis on basic factors of the project, financial factors, environmental factors, and social effect aspects are included, thus making the feasibility evaluation of the project. Analysis results show that the Guangling wind farm project can bring larger economic, social, environmental benefits, so its construction is necessary and feasible. |
