At present, the global economy has been through anti-crisis period after the financial crisis all over the world. The global major economy has recovered. China, with GDP in excess of Japan, has been the world's second economy, which is full of power and vigor. Meanwhile, China is also the most potential country of BRIC. The development of the enterprises is confronted with new opportunities.HS Group is short for Sichuan Huashi Group Company Limited. HS Group, with 60-year glorious history and fabulous figure, seizes the chance to make the transition from traditional contractor to modern integrator. The essay, with method of PEST, is to analyze the economical and competition environment that HS is confronted, the advantages and disadvantages of HS, and the opportunities and challenges. Therefore, the development target for the next decade and the overall strategy of straight integration and internationalization is worked out to lead development.The essay is supposed to deal with the lack of Huashi development strategy, which is beneficial for further improvement of Huashi by deeply analyzing strategy and forming new development trend.1. To propose the developing orientation and target, that is, to be large-scaled group, to develop the most important western construction enterprise, No.1 of the china's and globally-famous construction integrator, and the enterprises with assets of hundred million that has stronger competitive strength, the high profit level improved business structure, and high quality.2. To propose the thought and method of scale expansion, and the overall strategy system of straight integration and internationalization. The present advantages and brand are strongly suggested to be used to take in other resources into HS, so as to the Group can be turned into a large-scaled, comprehensive modern enterprises with stronger competitive strength.3. To propose the trade development of Six Parts, that is, contract in major, with combination of real state, production of construction materials, investment, overseas business, and scientific research design, which are formed to improve competitive and anti-risk capacity.
