An enterprise should establish a set of scientific and sophisticated inner administrative system, in which the performance management is inevitable and applies in western country'enterprises smoothly, however, the effect of performance management in Chinese enterprises is poor. Hongteng also has this kind of problem in performance management, therefore, the suitable administrative methods need to be found and applied in Hongteng.The aim of this essay is pointing to solve this kind of problem and set the performance management applied in Hongteng's headquarter as the research object. On the basis of statistics and analysis, the essay points out the problems, root causes in Hongteng's performance management and proposes some creative and explorative improvements. The main contents are below:1, Specific research on the current situation of Hongteng's performance management, and get the problems in the performance management through questionnaire survey.2, Investigate the problems in Hongteng's performance management from the aspects of the Chinese and Western cultural differences, the practice of the performance management theory and the concrete applications of the performance management.3, after the research, this essay proposes some improvements and concrete measures to the problems in Hongteng's performance management. And evaluate the effect of the improved performance management through the questionnaire survey.
