Development Of Yanbian Border Trade And Countermeasures

With the development of socio-economic and the diversification of trade, the impact of trade is increasingly important to economic. Boder trade, as a special form of international trade in boder areas of neighboring countries, plays an important role in promoting socio-economic development. It also has great significance to give an impetus to the development of socio-economic in border areas and accelerate the development of international economic resources, and factors of production's move.Currently, the development of border trade is rapid in most countries around the world. Border trade between neighboring contacts frequently, and has a variety of forms. The geographical scope and its scale are expanding. It has gradually become a new economic growth point in a region, and even a country. Border trade in China, has various conflicts objectively in the inland border area adjacent to the border areas around the country, such as the differences in economic structure and product structure. However, Chinese government takes advantage of both domestic and foreign resources and markets, participates in international division of labor and competition actively, and also develops border trade with neighboring countries. As a result, it promotes the cooperation and exchanges better, makes region advantages and resource advantages among border areas and has a solid development. It promotes the development of border trade in border areas.This paper is based on the basic theories of border trade, and combined with the economic base in Yanbian state. It analyzes the situation of border trade in Yanbian state with large number of theoretical arguments and fact. It also has a study of the unsound trade system in Yanbian state, the single commodity structure in border corporation, the weak competition in the market, the behindhand settlement system in border trade, and the comparison to the developed areas. Based on these researches, this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures including targeted policy, financial support, fostering and strengthening economic and trade body, improving settlement in border trade, and establishing China, Korea, Russia Freedom Port.
