Coastal Development In The Context Of The Jiangsu Coastal Low-carbon Tourism Development Model

As human ecological civilization construction process moves forward, low-carbon economy growing. Low-carbon tourism is based on the concept of ecological civilization and is a response mode of the development of low-carbon economy. "The most economically developed areas in China is coastal areas; but the coastal areas of Jiangsu are the most underdeveloped area in Jiangsu." With the Jiangsu "Marine East" development strategy, tourism "doubling plan", building of Jiangsu tourism Shinkansen and national coastal development strategy step by step, the development of coastal low-carbon tourism industry is particularly important and urgent. The article of Jiangsu coastal tourism development model of low-carbon will help to correctly recognize of the status of their tourism development and tourist development potential, find out the advantages and disadvantages of competitors and partners, formulate correct competition and regional cooperation strategies, achieve resources optimized, and the study also help the the coast areas to achieve an orderly competition and active cooperation, promote the sustainable development of the coastal tourism.The article is divided into five chapters:Chapter one introduces the research backgrounds and its significance, the research aim and contents, as well as the research methods, technology and innovation routes. Chapter two defines the marine economy, coastal tourism, and low-carbon tourism, it also introduces the basic theory of low-carbon tourism-related. Meanwhile, it reviews the progress of coastal tourism and low-carbon tourism. The third chapter analyses the development conditions and status of Jiangsu coastal tourism one the base of extensive collection of information and questionnaires, field visits, interviews and other research. Chapter four has to focus on overall development pattern of low-carbon tourism coastal Jiangsu and five general pattern and put forward corresponding countermeasures. Chapter five summarizes the main results of this paper, shortcomings and future prospects, to provide a reference for future study and reference.The author stressed that one the background of development in the coastal, the research of Jiangsu coastal low-carbon tourism development model have reat significance to sustainable development of the tourism industry in Jiangsu as well as the country. Therefore, the author through a lot of questionnaires and interviews, study the Jiangsu coastal areas' tourists, tourism practitioners and key stakeholders' perception, attitude and behaviour; analysis the civic awareness and behaviour of the development of low-carbon tourism industry.It also analysis the impact and significance of Jiangsu coastal develop low-carbon, and the status of carbon emissions is discussed too. Thus, the author tentatively proposes the overall pattern and general mode of low-carbon tourism coastal development. In addition, the author proposes the development countermeasure of low-carbon tourism industry in Jiangsu coastal, provides a better theoretical basis for health and sustainable development in the future. It is helpful to cultivate the tourism potential of the coastal Jiangsu; to expand the research and idea of coastal areas tourism, which reflect the application innovation.
