With China's economy sustained and rapid development, China's booming auto industry has brought great opportunities for the upstream suppliers of auto parts while also facing new challenges. external, component suppliers need provide timely delivery and high quality products to OEM customers; internal need to digest and absorb high-tech achievements, mining capacity, improve equipment operating efficiency. With the production raising, the supplier's stream lines of auto parts will be more busy which means to decrease the machine's downtime and improve the maintenance staff skills urgently. So we need to develop our equipment maintenance management.First, this thesis introduce the maintenance management basic meaning and content, and find out the maintenance management profiles and we know the new model in contemporary era, also we introduced TPM and Expert System current status, development history, achievements and expert system working principle, we analyze our equipment and the maintenance personnel composition that we face big challenge for equipment maintenance management.Secondly, we discussed the preparation for the TPM and expert systems, including the mobilization to all the staff, and implement the characteristics of 5S activities of our company, standard work, OEE factors analysis, motion analysis, data collection for expert system, expert database design, the use of Bayesian network theory, which can finish statistical analysis of failure phenomena, and help technicians quickly find the problem of the machines.After upper preparations, we have full implementation of the TPM and the combination of expert systems, the first level is training operators skills of general and expert system knowledge,also to develop staff to operate self-inspection and maintenance programs, the second level is mechanical and electrical inspection and preventive maintenance monthly, the third level is the continuous improvement which engineer lead monthly, we also introduce how to update and apply the expert database.Finally, we state the company's equipment running the statistics, OTD(on-time-delivery)rate, DPPM, machines downtime, OEE, MRO data have made pleasant results. In summary, after we implement the equipment maintenance management based on the TPM and expert system, out customer satisfaction and equipment efficiency made a great improvement. This study is based on the status of my company to make out TPM and expert system to develop equipment maintenance management, which ensure equipment running efficiently at the same time, improve the skills of maintenance personnel, with a certain degree of universality and the special significance.
