Following the fast development of market economy, the logistics allocation is more and more brought to people's attention. The development of "The third profit source of profit " also indirectly reflects the development of the entire national economy. Modern logistics is a process that based on customer needs, use the most economic cost and bring the supplies from supply to the demand. It is made up of transportation, storage, processing, packaging, handling, distribution and information activities. This is not only to some of the logistics and express company research background, find out the urgent need to solve the Vehicle Routing Problem, the establishment of a typical model as target genetic algorithms were elaborated with the tabu search algorithm to solve this problem in the advantages and disadvantages, and the proposed genetic algorithm and tabu search algorithm combining a novel combination of algorithms as accurate as possible, to quickly solve this problem, for the vehicle routing problem solving to explore a new method to improve the domestic logistics express core competitiveness of enterprises.
