Study On Logistics Distribution Mode And Route Optimization Of Rural E-Commerce Enterprises In Zhashui County,Shangluo

In recent years,with the continuous development of the Internet,as well as the continuous popularization and improvement of smartphones,which makes E-commerce more familiar and useful.High-speed development of E-commerce has had a profound effect on the business model and the management idea of the whole society,as China's new economic growth point,and for the rapid development of the E-commerce Enterprises to provide the conditions.The potential demand and the purchasing power of the vast rural areas where has become a further development of E-commerce Enterprises in the new territory,and the others companies extended the competitive tentacles to rural areas,and then expanded their market share actively.But the rural consumers are more dispersed and the particularity of economic and transportation in rural areas,which makes the distribution services of E-commerce Enterprises in cities not sustainable.Therefore,the research of logistics distribution of E-commerce Enterprises in rural areas will help to promote the development of it in rural areas and to play the cost advantage of Enterprises,so that E-commerce Enterprises can operate effectively,then further expand the market share and reap rich benefits.The company is a large proprietary and comprehensive E-commerce Enterprises,and it develops the business in rural areas in recent years,at the same time,the State Council has repeatedly stress on to quicken the steps of E-commerce Enterprises in rural and develop the rural economic;The E-commerce Enterprises has advantages on cost andbrand over others in rural;But for lack of relevant professionals,the distribution of consumers is more dispersed,and network facilities,which makes higher logistics distribution costs of "The last mile" and limits the development of Enterprises in rural areas.However,the particularity of the rural situation also provides a great opportunity for the E-commerce Enterprises to further the rural development.In this article,through analyzing the restriction factors on development of the E-commerce Enterprises in rural areas,combining the regional characteristics and the current situation of online shopping consumption in Zhashui County,and establishing the mathematical model of CVRP-based distribution optimization which takes the minimum transportation cost as the ultimate goal,then researching the distribution mode and the distribution route of the E-commerce Enterprises in rural areas.Finally applied the Mixed Tabu Search Algorithm to solve the practical problems in the rural areas of Zhashui County.This paper studies the logistics and distribution of E-commerce in rural areas which comprehensively applies the research method combining theory with practice,Based on this,the Mixed Tabu Search Algorithm is used to quantatively study the distribution paths of E-commerce in rural areas and obtain the optimized plan.This paper studies the logistics distribution problems in rural from the perspective of the E-commerce Enterprises and practical application to the Zhashui County,which provide a certain theoretical and practical significance for the development of the Rural E-commerce Enterprises.
