Financial Risk Control And Its Application In Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Enterprises

Financial risk is an inevitable result of market economy which acts as a kind of high risks economy form. All the business operations of production processes and sales processes in our local pharmaceutical enterprise are threatened and affected by financial risk, so that the internal financial management and control system has to face the great uncertainty and risks all the time. Financial risk exists in each company objectively. It is unrealistic to eliminate thoroughly the effects of financial risk in the business operations of production processes and sales processes. The existing financial risk investigation and management has become an important lesson for modern financial management association.The object of study for this dissertation is the financial risks in local pharmaceutical enterprises, the purpose is to be able to manage and control the financial risks in an acceptable level within the pharmaceutical industry. The article divides the financial risks into different types and summarizes four kinds of tactic to handle the risks.By the research, I hope to attract more attention of pharmaceutical enterprises on the financial risks and also try to develop the finance management theories that can help enterprises to prevent the financial risks in some way.
