| The thesis deeply analyses the internal and external environment of H Company which is an enterprise located in Shanxi Province, research its development strategy in IOT applications area, and then put forward corresponding strategic orientation, strategic planning and implementation suggestion to H Company.Shanxi Province as a traditional resources province, whose economic construction is laggard. So how to introduce new technology is a very urgent and important problem. IOT as a new industry is highly valued by our government and Shanxi province. The economic development of Shanxi Province proposed enormous demand to the development and application of IOT technology.Therefore, depending on the IOT technology to upgrade traditional industries can play an important role in the process of the economic construction of Shanxi Province.This thesis carries out PEST analysis based on the macro environment that H Company faces. Thereby get a clear understanding of the external environment and development opportunities in IOT application area of H Company. According to the actual internal situation and the analysis of industry environment of H Company, the paper gives out a comprehensive summary and analysis about its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges.On the basis of SWOT analysis, this thesis puts forward the strategic orientation and strategic goal programming, formulated the H Company nearly 10 years of development goals and strategic choice. Based on the analysis and evaluation of the potential application of IOT, come up with relevant suggestions about the application field that H Company recently firstly goes into.The thesis also combines with IOT application project in the new field of H Company to give example analysis including the design of project implementation process, the prediction of the costs and benefits, the assessment of the risks of project implementation, and puts forward the design scheme of the project. |
