The Feed-back Effect Of OFDI Of China On Home Country's Industrial Construction Adjustment

Since the implementation of the opening-up policy, China has actively brought in foreign capital in boosting national economy. Great achievement has been gained consequently. However, as the deepening of globalization, Chinese enterprises are facing much more intensive competition from the outside market. As china's current condition involves improper industrial structure, low-edged industrial chain, it is highly advocated for Chinese enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and build their own brand images.The implementation of "going global" strategy gave a great push for huge amounts of Chinese enterprises to make investment in oversea market. By either investing in resource-oriented oversea firms or simply acquisition, Chinese enterprises can master the cutting-edge technology in the first hand, and then using the advantage of international division to improve their long-term strategy, which, on one hand, could enhance the enterprises own strength, on the other hand, it is also beneficial for their parent companies. In this sense, This paper puts great emphasize on the analysis of OFDIs feed-back effect on the parent country's industrial restruction. The research method includes theoretical and practical analysis, as long as case study.Firstly, based on the research home and abroad, the paper puts forward the transduction of the OFDI's feed-back effect on the parent country's industrial restruction.。Secondly,the paper overviews the development process and current situation of China's OFDI.Thirdly, the paper chooses several typical cases to further emphasize OFDI's importance towards Chinese companies'development and industrial upgrading. Finally, the paper makes a general analysis of current policies and regulation measures and comes up with some advices accordingly.
