The Telecommunication Construction Project And Operate System Of The Main Press Center

To provide the high quality service to any important activities or sports games is always a task which must to be well done. The telecommunication service for the Main Press Centre is one of the most difficult mission in those activities for the service target is the medias. As a Main Press Center fix telecommunication manager, I have ever joint all the construciont and operation activities for the venue. To provide the cuccesful experiences, I analized the process of the telecommunication construction project and the operation system. Based on the requirements and characteristics of the venue, the main contents of this thesis are described as following:The research and analysis of the telecommunication conditionds around the Main Press Centre; the detail construction plans of the exchanging system, the transmition system, the broadband system and the power system, etc; the organization structure in the venue operation system; the services acceptance procedure and how to deal with the equipment fault and emergency activities.
