Electronic Service Contract Network Architecture Research

Electronic service is based on modern software and Internet technology, by the support of integration of the tangible equipment or place and intangible technology or service. Electronic service could provide satisfactory service to customs by adopting the intensive service mode. So far, studies are referring to the life cycle and management on single electronic service contract is not few, but research focus on the huge electronic service contract network does not exist. So this article firstly focuses on architecture modeling of electronic service contract network. It is a pioneering exploratory work.Thesis in three steps:first, it expounds and summarizes the origin, definition, modeling, lift cycle and management of single electronic service contract, because the entire infrastructure of services contract network is started with a single contract; second, In order to meet the development trend of international tourism island on Hainan province and realize the goal of the intelligent tourism, this paper proposes a structure of intelligent tourism systems which is based on cloud computing, and establishes electronic service contract network architecture; third, the electronic service contract network architecture is not static, so it puts forward a solution for electronic service contract selection, which is the core of the evolution on electronic service contract network architecture.Paper is particular organized as follows:The first section we mainly expound and summarize the origin, definition, modeling, lift cycle and management of single electronic service contract, to pave the way for the construction of the entire E-services contract network.In the second section, we make brief introduction on theoretical knowledge of intelligent tourism and cloud computing at first; then builds a intelligent tourism system structure which based on cloud computing, the overall architecture consists of IaaS, PaaS, DaaS and SaaS etc., but also gives design ideas for various services on the architecture or application architecture;one again, introduces the concept of e-services contract and its architecture on the basis of the intelligent tourism system structure, than sets up electronic service contract network architecture; finally, from describing the process of signing a service contract between a service provider and the client, builds SOA-based construction infrastructure on management and storage center for electronic service, to ensure the successful completion of a service contract lifecycle.The third section we put forward a solution for electronic service contract selection---QoS-aware E-service contract selection based on time series, which is the core of the evolution on electronic service contract network architecture. This method model the selection of E-services contract into similarity comparison problems between time series, which are form by Quality of service with time change, than use the extend Frobenius norm distance on similarity measurement. This selection method allows customers make reasonable choice, so the electronic service contract that finally been choose must be able to satisfy customer in a while even for a long time, so that the network architecture of E-services contract will gradually evolution on stabilized direction.
