Research On The Locating Of Diary Cold-chain Logistics Distribution Center

This paper studies the problem of the diary cold-chain logistic distribution center location. With the development of logistics and the improvement of people's living standard, people's consumption began to develop into diversification and high-speeding, the demand of fresh fruits and vegetables, frozen food, diary products is increasing. People's demand for diary products appears the characteristics of small bath, many varieties, highly fresh-keeping, which puts forward higher request to the cold-chain logistics especially to diary cold-chain logistics.During decades of development, Chinese traditional logistics has made great progress since the early 1980s China introduced the modern logistics theory, but the cold-chain logistics is still in the initial stage in our country as a new kind of special logistics form. Dairy cold-chain logistics distribution center plays an extremely important role in the supply to ensure the quality and safety of the products as the bridge connecting the diary manufacturing enterprises with retailers. Therefore the reasonable location of dairy cold-chain logistics distribution center is very important.This study used qualitative and quantitative analysis method to establish the model of location of diary cold-chain logistics distribution center on the basis of the summary of the research achievements related to the theories of cold-chain logistics, then analysed the diary cold-chain logistics in Daqing as an example. First described the present situation of the development of the diary cold-chain logistics market in Daqing, then found that Daqing diary cold-chain logistics cannot satisfy the vigorous market demand, which is necessary to set up a professional diary cold-chain logistics distribution center.Combining with the actual situation of Daqing, this paper drew up the constraint condition of location and determined the four options, then used the cost model to calculate and compared the four options and obtained the final location decision:logistic park of Sa ertu district. The comprehensive cost of this project is at least, it is the best place to establish the diary cold-chain logistics distribution center with the best economic and social benefits.
