With the development of economy, people’s standard of living, continuously improved, thedietary structure of residents has been gradually transited from simply having adequate food andclothing to nutrition type. People put forward higher request of fruits and vegetables fresh degree,quality, nutrition and diversity etc. and by dairy crises of food safety valued and the governmentsupervision intensified efforts made the cold-chain logistics which has important position in fruitand vegetable supply chain ushered in the opportunities for development. At the same time,along with the further deepen agricultural cooperation between fujian and Taiwan, thedevelopment of fujian and Taiwan’s agricultural trade is rapid, so inevitable can bring greatagricultural logistics demand. However, the development of fujian agricultural logistics isrelatively backward, and agricultural products with short shelf life, perishable, big circulationloss and other commodities properties, which requires us to strengthen research of theagricultural cold-chain logistics of fujian province.The paper is just based on this background, according to the situation and problems of fruitand vegetable cold-chain logistics of fujian province, such as the backward in cold-chainlogistics concept and technology, inadequate infrastructure, serious phenomenon of "break thechain", backward in informationization etc. appled correlation theory include modern logistics,supply chain management, cold-chain logistics, food safety, to study the fruit and vegetablecold-chain logistics system of fujian province, through combined with qualitative analysis andquantitative analysis, using correlation analysis method of operations research, statistical.In the first place, it analyzed the cold-chain logistics mode choice for fujian fruit andvegetable by comparative analysis, through the reference of foreign development experience inagricultural cold-chain logistics; Then it classified fujian fruit and vegetable cold-chain logisticscenter using factor-clustering analysis, in order to clear the nature and tasks of each regions’, andbriefly expounded the thought of logistics center location with the Putian city as an example;Meanwhile considered the logistics characteristics of fruit and vegetable, it recommended jointdistribution mode, and from soft time Windows, outside temperature, travel time change,optimizated the distribution line objective function; Finally using HACCP theory system,summarized the key points and control schedules, and puts forward some guarantee measures tocontrol the quality of fujian fruit and vegetable cold-chain logistics.
