In resent years international hotels group expand in large scale, at the same time domestic hotels also accelerate the development of group, so for the single hotels living space is becoming narrower, group mode is their only choice.Unfortunately the tobacco affiliated hotels still run in single mode, the advantages of tobacco grand did not play a role. There are still some problems existed in management run, For example:little brand effect, different service standard, high cost, different customers information, those problems limit development of Hong Ta hotels. Therefore Refer to the successful cases of international hotel, analyzing the survival environment, Hong Ta affiliated hotels must integrate brands, operate in large scale, effectively use resources, show their true value of the second Yuen Nan industry pillar.This thesis take part into six parts:the first:preface; the second:study of domestic and foreign hotels; the third:development of Hong Ta hotels;the fourth: Signification and feasibility study of Brand Integration of the affiliated hotels of Hong Ta tobacco Group; the fifth:successful cases of domestic and foreign hotels;the sixth integration way of Hong Ta hotels. The idea of collectivization, effectively use resources will come from analyze of this thesis to counter competition.
