Research On Accounting Management System Of The Vertical Administration Departments

How to construct a reasonable and effective accounting management system, become problem of thinking by managers. After years of practice, the vertical administration departments such as industry and commerce, qualitative inspect etc think:because human, financial, material all cross, more suitable for concentration accounting accounting management system.The quality supervision system of Shandong Province implements a vertical management mode from province to county. Concentration accounting is promoted from 2005 in all the local authorities, and an accounting center has been established. After several years of exploration operation, each work has achieved good results, especially in improving accounting information quality, strengthening financial capital management, and promoting the construction of a clean and honest administration of our party, which was highly recognized by State Quality Inspection Administration. This also set up a model in the national quality inspection system. How to manage money matters better, service business development better and realize efficient management by centralized accounting is the topic which group companies or administrative institutions, especially the vertical administration departments, pay much attention to this year.This paper is aimed at putting forward the countermeasures of improving concentration accounting in the present vertical administration departments by expanding on the processing which is implemented after the concentration accounting in Shandong Province quality supervision system, using the comparative analytic approach, field work, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to find the advantages and disadvantages of this system. Therefore, this system can better adjust to the reform of State Treasury centralized paying system, and can service the vertical administration departments better.
