The company must establish and maintain its strong competitive advantage when facing competition in order to obtain more than the industry average of excess profits. Innovation is a power of dynamic competitive advantage to be analyzed, different organization designs and strategic requirements demand various forms of innovation activities: the mainstream organization is to carry out incremental innovation, the radical innovation organization is engaged in breakthrough innovations. Ambidextrous organization will coordinate the two different innovations and thus enhance the dynamic competitive advantage.
