The company must establish and maintain its strong competitive advantage when facing competition in order to obtain more than the industry average of excess profits. However, in the fierce competitive conditions, competitive advantage is increasingly difficult to establish and to maintain, a long-term competitive advantage is almost hardly be maintained. Holders of competitive advantage can hold and exploit this advantage to obtain certain excess profits only before competitors successfully imitate. As the environment changes and the competitors start competitive actions, the established advantage will be gradually vanished. Therefore, the company have to deepen the existing competitive advantages constantly while in the same time create the new ones based on the internal and external environment changes and actions of competitors, in this way, the company will take a favorable position in the competition and gain dynamics of sustainable competitive advantage.To some extent, strategy determines the organization, the strategy requires the use of existing competitive advantages and establishing new competitive advantages, so the traditional organization pattern is unable to meet the business requirements for the dynamic competitive advantage. Therefore, the company must improve and adjust its own structure and system in response to environmental changes and fierce competition to get a favorable competitive position, the new organization model——Ambidextrous Organization, which is the company responses to environmental complexity to build dynamic competitive advantage has to be applied.In the turbulent competitive environment, the companys needs to create ambidextrous organization and reponse to the changes of the environment timely based on its strategic resources and core competences in order to achieve a dynamic competitive advantage. At the same time, the company also has to make continuous innovations , deepen the existing competitive advantages while developping new competitive advantages to achieve sustainable development.This paper explores the process of building competitive advantages based on ambidextrous organization, resources and capabilities as the connection between the ambidextrous organization and competitive advantage, innovation is the upgrade path. Resources and capabilities are the basis for the dynamic competitive advantage, while the key of wining the competition is unique resources - organization knowledge and organization capabilities, which both have special features and can help mainstream and radical innovation organizations to build up the competitive advantage. Innovation is a power of dynamic competitive advantage to be analyzed, different organization designs and strategic requirements demand various forms of innovation activities: the mainstream organization is to carry out incremental innovation, the radical innovation organization is engaged in breakthrough innovations. Ambidextrous organization will coordinate the two different innovations and thus enhance the dynamic competitive advantage.
