Economic Analysis On The Transformation From Chiefdom To Primitive Nation

With the constant development of the globalization, the factors of production flows (whether it is capital or labor) between countries not only becomes more frequent ,but also being supervised by government harder and harder. So the traditional functions of government face the challenge. Through tracing the history of the Chiefdom, and combined with some representative country theory viewpoints, the article hopes to study the country essence and reconstruct the country theory. Based on these, in one hand ,we can provide an appropriate perspective to the current country change, in the other hand ,we also can proved guiding opinions to the changes of the government functions.The research explores the country formation with provision of public goods as the main line, and study the formation of original countries with the Chiefdom as the history starting point. Based on these, the article invests scarce and the adaptation to the scarce caused by the development of the settled agriculture production mode. Thus the article judges that the country emergence is not just attributed to the new social organization form which constructed based on the needs of public goods or the social alienation with the character of exploitation of man by man which caused by war; but the evolution rule that productivity determines production relations and the most scare factors of production determines the constitutional system. In essence, country is a system of social division of labor and cooperation in which the pubic goods can be effectively provided based on the authority of specialization force.
