Specialization In Urban Development In Shandong

Along with the information revolution and the economic globalization, cities have already become the important main body in human society and economic world, and world cities, international cities and large cities have showed the tendency of their leading the world economic trend. Since half of a century in building New China, especially after the economic reform and being open to the world, the economic strength of Shandong Province has been stronger, and Shandong Province has become a strong province along the sea. Following the more urbanization, the city number of Shandong Province must be increased. Every zone of Shandong Province are different, and the difference of natural condition, economic technique, geographical position in every city are the base of labor area division. How to exercise the theory of labor area division to the layout and building a city of Shandong Province, how to perfect the characteristic cities, and how to buildup the economic strength of a city? It is an important task both in the theory and reality. This is also the main aim of my article.The characteristics of the thesis is as following: in virtue of the investigation from grand old men, starting with the relation between and city development, by a combination research means of theory analysis and demonstration analysis, try to combine the theory of specialization division with the comparative advantage of one zone. Through the analysis on the conditions of specialization division development in Shandong Province and the contrast from cities in the world and in other zones of China, discuss the distinct problem in the process of Shandong cities' specialization division development, and put forward the policy and measures suitable for the city development in Shandong Province.The thesis is divided into six parts.
