The quality of power supply and power supply service quality, directly affects the power supply enterprise survival. Develop the power supply enterprise customer satisfaction assessment work, can help power supply enterprises find power supply service problems in power and influence the quality of service of various factors, thus can promptly formulate pertinently improvement measures, further enhances the power supply service quality. Therefore we can say that customer satisfaction assessment of the power supply enterprise itself, users and society has the extremely vital significance.About customers satisfaction assessment work, at present abroad developed countries has established respectively national level across the enterprise, cross-industry customer satisfaction investigation tools, such as Sweden customer satisfaction index, Europe customer satisfaction index, American customer satisfaction index, etc. World CSI models are difference, according to the variable causality between the countries; the model can be divided into three parts: the causes of the formation of customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction assessment, customer satisfaction assessment results. The only difference is that all the variables and variable CSI model is slightly different, the relationship between the tendency of changes more and more complicated, at the same time model included in the structure variables and observed variables more and more. Reason is the guide industry characteristics of the work satisfaction assessment of the more specific and meticulous.This paper will be based on former research, aiming at the power supply enterprise established the customer satisfaction index model, namely model contains what variables, the relationship between different variables, variable should contain what how what index, the method to evaluate, put forward his opinion. Firstly the power supply enterprise, analyzes the profession characteristic, then introduce structural equation, a theoretical model for the profession characteristic and established power supply enterprise customer satisfaction of evaluation index system, and the establishment of index adopted by questionnaire, the Klondike Bach reliability coefficient of the questionnaire analysis, finally, the reliability of the power supply enterprise AMOS software by using the customer satisfaction assessment empirical analysis.
