The features of power quality and power supply services, powerelectricity customer satisfaction will supply the survival anddevelopment of enterprises have a direct impact. It is to carry outcustomer satisfaction surveys to help power companies further found thatthe development of targeted measures to enhance.At present, the comprehensive evaluation of customer satisfaction,the developed countries have established a national level of customersatisfaction survey tools, such as the Swedish Customer SatisfactionIndex, the European Customer Satisfaction Index, the American CustomerSatisfaction Index. National Customer Satisfaction Index is generallydivided into three parts: customer satisfaction, customer satisfactionmeasurement, customer satisfaction measurement results in the formationof the reason. For different sectors, specific of each factor, analysisresults mainly used for specific and detailed guidance.This paper will be based on former research, used in the AmericanCustomer Satisfaction Index Model of indicator variables, combined withthe actual situation of Yichun Electric Power Bureau supply area,designed to reflect the various related indicators questionnaire, andthe use of Improved Entropy Method on the results of thequestionnairereliability analysis, using descriptive statistics methodYichun Power Administration Customer Satisfaction Measurement empiricalanalysis, to develop a practical guiding significance for the improvementmeasures.
