From Local Government-backed Investment Units financing capability on the influence, improve the financing capability by changeing the influencing factors, thus make the existing problems of Local Government-backed Investment Units solved, strengthen Local Government-backed Investment Units' construction.During the analysis of the affecting factors of financing capacity for Local Government-backed Investment Units, the author used the empirical method. First of all, analysed of influencing factors of financing capability for Local Government-backed Investment Units from a theoretical level; Secondly, constructed the structure equation model of influencing factors; Finally, based on the investigation data from many local government financing platform in Anhui Province by the author, AMOS statistical analysis software used for the model fitting and corrections, ultimately determine the various factors of financing capability of Local Government-backed Investment Units, and the influence degree of the influence factors on the financing capability.In the last part of this paper, take the Urban construction investment Co. LTD of LuJiangXian as an example, based on empirical research conclusion, solve current problem for Local Government-backed Investment Units, provide relevant suggestions for themselves construction. This paper is a innovative research for Local Government-backed Investment Units.
