A Study On Dynamic Mechanism Of Regional Tourism Development Based On The Method Of TOPSIS

After entering the new century, China's tourism maintained a sustainable, rapid developing situation. Especially, the regional tourism development has achieved great success. Through the times background and practical background analysis, shows that explore the necessity of the development of regional tourism mechanism. This article from the perspective of motive mechanism of regional tourism development power operation condition, in order to enrich the regional tourism development motive mechanism for the research and provide guidance to develop the regional tourism practice. Based on the tourism development of domestic and foreign literatures were reviewed and motive mechanism analysis, combining relevant typical cases, constructs the tourism development dynamic mechanism seven power factors and 47 indexs. With multi-objective synthesis evaluation TOPSIS method, and relying on the Anhui province 17 locally administratered level as an example, studies the dynamical mechanism of the development of regional tourism running situation and ideal degree, to analyze the power factor and active degree of various prefectures tourist dynamic mechanism. And the reality of 17 cities, comparing tourism benefit, basicly verify the regional tourism development of motive mechanism united with regional ideal extent of tourism development is matching. And the active power factor with the degree of dynamical factor of regional units is matching. Reached the following conclusions:First, the tourism development is a the power factor of system functions result, tourism resources is just a side; Second, tourism development dynamic mechanism operation situation of CI value method of TOPSIS ranked with the actual world city tourism revenue rankings basic consistently; Third, tourism resources, location and society culture to the tourism development of the most obvious motive mechanism of utility; Fourth, tourism resources and infrastructure power factor can dramatically change the overall situation of the development of regional tourism. Simultaneously according to various prefectures tourism development ideal degree, put 17 cities divided into four square formations. Based on tourism development perspective of motive mechanism in Anhui province, and puts forward the relevant four square tourism development Suggestions and countermeasures.
