A Study On The Collective Property Rights Of Service MNEs Based On The Endogenous Growth

Service multinational enterprises are the main carrier of service industry foreign direct investment. With the rapid development of global service industry, the development of service multinational enterprises shows many new features. This article based on the enterprise endogenous growth theory, argues that endogenous growth theory can explain the development of service multinational enterprises. The service multinational corporation's service and transnational make the endogenous growth of it rely on collective cooperation. Therefore, it needs to construct collective property rights in service multinational enterprises to incentive collective cooperation, so as to promote the endogenous growth of service multinational enterprises. Collective property rights is the rights of use, earning and control of the value created by collective productivity, and the rights is enjoyed by laborer collective. This is the theory basis of the collective property rights in service multinational enterprises.Based on theoretical analysis of collective property rights in service multinational enterprises, this paper uses Google and Yahoo as the analysis of specific cases to strengthen the persuasion of theoretical analysis. This article through analyzing Google and Yahoo's growth model, conclude that Google takes effective ways to improve the degree of collective cooperation, and that promotes the rapid growth of Google. Instead, Yahoo isn't pay much attention to collective incentive, so the degree of collective cooperation is not high, and that affects the growth of Yahoo. Through the case analysis shows that constructing collective property rights is good to the fast development of service multinational enterprises.On the basis of the analysis, this paper designed a realization mechanism of collective property rights in service multinational enterprises. On the one hand the collective property rights should participate in the surplus distribution of service multinational enterprises, on the other hand service multinational enterprises need to create reasonable governance modes to protect the use of collective property rights. Combined with the reality of our country, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of service multinational enterprises in our country, and promotes some suggestion to promote the rapid development of service multinational enterprises in China.
