This paper states that the power of the long-term growth of companies comes from a sustainable competitive advantage based on the theory of endogenous growth, reflecting in building technological capability. Under the collective property of workers in the enterprise system, all the employees in enterprises share the cooperative surplus, which directly inspires the enthusiasm of employees for work, making the employees a higher degree of collective collaboration. In this process, on the one hand, the organization continuously integrates internal tangible and intangible resources in the external environment, improving the utilization of resources by the collaborative interaction between staff under the protection of the system, promoting the formation of capacity; On the one other hand, the organization will continuously assimilates external knowledge, and different employees within the enterprise learn from each other at work, sharing personal knowledge, promoting the internalization of explicit knowledge and externalization of tacit knowledge at the greatest degree, accumulating the organizational knowledge in this dynamic cycle, forming the micro foundation of technological capacity. Companies continue to accumulate knowledge through learning, expand the stock of knowledge, and the knowledge learning and resources are expanding in the interaction. First, the expansion of resources leads the potential difference of knowledge, causing the knowledge learning. Secondly, the expansion of knowledge in turn leads to more fully utilize of resources. The result of interactive expansion of resources and knowledge is the expansion of technological capability.Further, the collective property rights of workers mean that all workers as a whole enjoy the claims and control of the net cooperative surplus on the basis of the organizational collaboration. This system will enhance the degree of collaboration of workers at work, which protect the use of resources, and promote the accumulation of knowledge, finally enhance the level of technological capability in the interactive expansion of resources and knowledge. Thus, the collective ownership system ensures this process of spiral growth of the technological capability in the formation mechanism of technological capability. Then the main material carriers of organizational resources and knowledge have reasons to share the net cooperative surplus created by the organizational collaboration in theory, should be appropriate encouraged in the area of resource allocation within the enterprise. In addition, through the mathematical analysis of profit-sharing mechanism under the collective property rights, this article demonstrates that establishing a good cooperation and mutual assistance relationship between team members helps to increase the sensitivity of the income distribution, improve the effectiveness of profit-sharing incentive system, reduce the cost of risk under asymmetric information, thereby reduce the agent cost of the clients.
